A season-led menu, thoughtful service and rooms designed for both conversation and occasion.
Our kitchen
The menu is built to feel complete without becoming sprawling. Each course is there for a reason, and each plate is designed to make sense within the wider meal.
Our kitchen works with seasonal vegetables, local seafood, carefully sourced meats and familiar flavours sharpened by precise technique. Charcoal, roasting, reduction and fresh acidity are used where they improve the ingredient rather than to create spectacle.
Menus may evolve with supply. The examples below show the style and balance of the current offering; exact ingredients can change as produce moves through the season.

How we cook
The kitchen’s work is visible in the precision of the plate, but the point is still flavour.
Vegetables are roasted hard enough to build sweetness, fish is cooked to preserve moisture and delicacy, and meats are rested properly before service. Sauces are reduced for concentration rather than heaviness. Garnishes need to contribute texture, acidity or aroma — decoration on its own is not enough.
This approach also keeps the menu adaptable. When a supplier offers something exceptional, the kitchen can move quickly without redesigning the entire experience.
Choose your pace
The main room carries the energy of the venue, while smaller corners and reserve-style seating suit quieter conversation. If you are planning a birthday, client dinner or a group meal, mention it in your request and the team can recommend the most suitable area.
Best for the full atmosphere of evening service.
Lower-traffic tables for longer conversations and small occasions.
For larger parties, subject to availability and the shape of the night.

Details at the table
Tell us about allergies or dietary preferences when requesting a table. The team will confirm what can be accommodated for the current menu.
Let the team know if you are dining before another engagement. Where possible, service can be paced to suit a shorter window without making the meal feel rushed.
Smart casual works well. The room is polished but not rigid; the aim is to feel considered, comfortable and appropriate for an evening venue.
Parties of nine or more are best discussed directly so seating, timing and menu options can be planned in advance.
