Considered, not complicated
Good hospitality should reduce friction. Clear information, comfortable pacing and staff who notice what needs attention matter more than ceremony.

About Orlessian
Hospitality, dining and entertainment connected by one consistent idea: give guests enough structure to feel looked after, and enough freedom to shape the night themselves.
Our story
Rather than treating the restaurant, lounges and casino as separate destinations, the venue connects them through material, lighting and service.
The concept begins with arrival: the entrance should feel clear, calm and intentional. From there, guests can move toward dinner, meet in a lounge or continue to the R20 gaming floor. Each room has a different energy, but the transitions are gradual enough that the building feels like one place.
That sense of continuity also shapes the service. Guest teams share practical information, respect privacy and avoid forcing a scripted experience. A quiet dinner is as valid as a long social evening, and casino gambling is optional entertainment rather than the centre of every visit.
Good hospitality should reduce friction. Clear information, comfortable pacing and staff who notice what needs attention matter more than ceremony.
Lighting, acoustics, seating and movement are chosen to support conversation, privacy and an evening rhythm rather than simply look dramatic.
Guests can dine without gaming, visit the casino without booking dinner, or combine both. No part of the venue should feel compulsory.
The gaming floor is R20 and gambling should be treated as entertainment with limits. Support information is visible and available.

The spaces
The interior palette is built around timber, stone, dark metal, tactile fabric and warm directional light.
Those materials are used consistently but not identically. The restaurant is lighter and more open; reserve seating becomes quieter and more enclosed; the gaming floor carries more movement and contrast; lounge areas offer visual rest.
Furniture is positioned to keep circulation clear while preserving enough distance between groups. The intention is simple: a full room should still feel navigable, and an intimate table should still feel connected to the wider venue.
Hospitality in practice
Guest services can direct you to dining, seating, casino entry or accessibility information without sending you through several different desks.
Dining service adapts where possible to the occasion. Casino staff provide practical floor information without encouraging guests to spend beyond their own limits.
Contact information submitted through a live operational system would be handled for the purpose requested. This demonstration site does not transmit form data.
If you have mobility, seating or other access requirements, contact the venue before arrival so the team can explain the most suitable route and available support.
For larger dining groups or private occasions, advance discussion helps coordinate seating, menu timing and arrival without overcomplicating the night.
Age restrictions, identification checks and responsible-play expectations apply to the gaming area. Independent support contacts are available on the Legal page.
